Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and industrial solutions, is seeking a Final Assembly II to join their team. As a Final Assembly II, you will be part of the production department supporting assembly operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong mechanical skills, attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

1st shift, 7am - 3pm
What's the Job?
Assemble purchased and fabricated parts, weldments, and sub-assemblies to produce a variety of attachments and basic units according to prescribed specifications.
Make mechanical adjustments and perform minor rework to ensure product quality and functionality.
Position, install, attach, and apply parts following work instructions and quality standards.
Complete tasks efficiently by following process sheets, check sheets, photos, and supervisor instructions.
Perform minor rework, including cleaning, drilling, tapping, and filling to facilitate proper assembly.
What's Needed?
High School Diploma or GED.
At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial environments, with a minimum of 1 year in a production setting.
Ability to work with computers and basic software systems.
Strong mechanical aptitude with experience working on machinery, vehicles, or maintenance tasks.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks satisfactorily.
