Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care and support to individuals facing crises.

Work in crisis stabilization or treatment units.

Deliver crisis intervention, assessment, and treatment planning.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and community partners.

Support clients in their rehabilitation and social reintegration.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay: $17.50 to $22.50 depending on experience.

Overnight shift differential: $2.50 per hour.

Paid vacation leave.

11 paid holidays per year.

Double‑time pay on holidays worked.

401(k) with eligible company match up to 6%.

Qualifications

Some college education focused in Criminal Justice, Social Work, or a related field.

Preference for candidates with at least two years of experience in criminal justice treatment programs.

Effective communication skills.

Attention to detail.

Proficiency in computer use, internet, and Microsoft Office.
