Description
We are hiring Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) for PRN positions at our facility in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. Positions include AM, PM, or NOC shifts.
Responsibilities
Provide prescribed medical treatment under the supervision of a registered nurse (for LPNs).
Identify, provide for, and accept responsibility for the fulfillment of residents’ total nursing needs, including assessments, medication administration, monitoring, documentation, and person-centered care (for RNs).
Work four shifts per month as a PRN. At least two of those shifts must be on a weekend.
Work one summer and one winter holiday, as available.
Shift Details
AM, PM, or NOC shifts.
Shift differential for PM and NOC shifts.
Compensation
LPN: $26.44-33.00 per hour, dependent on experience.
RN: $40.00-45.00 per hour, dependent on experience.
Requirements
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the State of Wisconsin.
Active CPR certification.
Knowledge and/or experience in geriatrics.
Knowledge and/or experience with state and federal regulations.
