What You’ll Do
Greet guests warmly, build personal connections, and anticipate their needs
Manage guest check‑in/out, reconcile accounts, and handle cash or card transactions
Promote brand loyalty program and follow brand hospitality sales standards
Staff and maintain the market area, ensuring stock is organized and shelves are tidy
Record guest requests, special needs, early arrivals/late departures, and communicate issuesConduct property walk‑arounds, report safety/security issues, and pick up trash or items needing attention
Assist with maintenance requests and coordinate with on‑property maintenance as needed
Complete all required training and compliance tasks, including CPR and TIPS certification
Maintain a clean, organized front desk, dry storage, and adjacent areas
Support smooth communication between all hotel departments
Who You Are
Guest‑focused, friendly, and professional
Reliable with flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Skilled in basic computer use (MS Edge, Word, Excel, email, printers/scanners)
Strong communicator and problem solver
Physically able to stand for long periods and perform light lifting as needed
