Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – Topeka, Kansas. Heritage Grove Estates is seeking a Full-Time or PRN COTA to join our in-house rehabilitation team in Topeka, KS. New graduates are welcome.
Position Overview
Work under the supervision of an OT to implement treatment plans that improve residents’ independence and quality of life.
Responsibilities
Carry out individualized treatment plans
Support ADLs/IADLs and therapeutic activities
Monitor progress and communicate with the OT and care team
Educate patients and caregivers
Maintain accurate documentation
Qualifications
Active Kansas COTA license (in good standing)
SNF or long-term care experience preferred
Net Health experience a plus
