Position Overview

Full time, Live-out or Live-in

Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8 am – 8 pm (flexible)
Compensation:
$30 – $38+ per hour (based on fit)
Age of Children:
3 years old, 6 years old
Start Date:
June (flexible)
Other Requirements:
Covid‑19 vaccination preferred; flu vaccination; family vehicle provided; children have no pets.
Responsibilities
All meal preparation for the children, including lunches and snacks for school.
Manage children's laundry.
Tidy spaces after the children.
Schedule and attend children's appointments.
Occasional errands when time allows (dry‑cleaning pickup, repairmen, grocery, post office).
Ideal Nanny
The ideal nanny is fun, supportive, patient, and empathetic. They are proactive, ready for a challenge, and can work closely with the parents to solve behavioral issues. A warm, positive, open‑minded approach is essential. Experience with ADHD is strongly preferred.
About the Children
The older child is 10 years old, smart, funny, creative, sensitive, anxious, and may act out. Support and love are needed during difficult moments. They enjoy sports and video games.
The younger child is 7 years old, sweet, cuddly, loves reading and video games.
Both siblings love playing together but may fight.
About the Parents
The parents are fun‑loving, family‑oriented, and hardworking. They value open communication, calmness, and clear boundary setting.
