Job Overview
We are looking for Data Center Technicians to join our rapidly expanding team at the new Fredericksburg, VA site. The position involves ensuring overall availability and reliability of data center operations, performing in-depth hardware and network diagnostics, physical repair, and participating in an on‑call rotation. All candidates must be available for day or evening shifts throughout the week and may be required to travel to Stafford, Louisa, and Manassas during the initial ramp‑up phase.

Key Job Responsibilities
Regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds; and participate in group lifts for 41+ pounds
Ability to work in an environment that operates 24/7 with an ability to participate in on‑call rotation and provide after‑hours support as needed
Some regional travel may be required
Basic Qualifications
1+ years of computer hardware troubleshooting and repair experience
1+ years of computer networking experience
High school or equivalent diploma
Can lift and rack equipment up to 40 pounds
Preferred Qualifications
Experience dealing effectively with customers during problem resolution and operating efficiently under pressure
