Overview

Required Qualifications
J.D. Degree.
Active member of the bar (any U.S. jurisdiction).
At least 1 year post-J.D. legal or other relevant experience.
Analytical ability, good judgement, organization skills, and excellent oral and written communication skills.
Litigation experience and courtroom skills.
The ability to work in a supportive and professional manner with courthouse personnel, other attorneys, support staff, and client agencies.
United States citizenship is required for consideration.
Preferred Qualifications
Outstanding academic record.
Complex litigation experience.
Exceptional research and writing ability.
The ability to successfully represent the interests of the United States in federal court.
The ability to successfully manage a heavy caseload involving complex cases.
