
Collections Litigation Paralegal

Job Description
We are looking for a Collections Litigation Paralegal that is organized, professional, responsible, capable of working with limited supervision and committed to helping us meet all our clients' needs. This person must be a team player and be self‑motivated, and able to keep up with a fast pace.
Responsibilities
Prepare legal documents, foreclosure documents, pleadings and correspondence;
Review and edit legal forms and documents for accuracy;
Perform legal research;
E-file and E-serve case documents;
Create and maintain a case management database;
Communicate with homeowners, clients and clients' representatives;
Coordinate collection efforts with firm's attorneys and service providers;
Enter client and case information into the firm's case software management system;
Enter time in billing system daily; and
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Minimum one (3) year of office experience;
Exceptional attention to detail, highly organized and strong follow up skills;
Ability to effectively prioritize workflow, multi-task and work under pressure;
