Position
Medical Center is actively recruiting a full‑time BC/BE PM & R Physician (Physiatrist) with an optional Medical Director role (small % FTE) that includes a stipend.
Responsibilities
Join our collaborative, collegial team of providers.
Provide care to patients in a 10‑bed step‑down unit for hospital patients needing extra care ahead of discharge.
Work schedule: Monday through Friday; backup PRN physicians on call on weekends.
Make first call to nurses who would call in a provider if needed.
Collaborate with team support: Nurses, CNA, OT, COTA, PTA, and case manager.
Unit
Unit is located on the 6th floor and boasts a breathtaking view.
Part of a Level III Trauma Center.
