Event Contract Role - June 15-22
USA Football is seeking enthusiastic, adaptable, and dependable individuals to join our Event Operations team for the Summer Series — our flagship international flag football events hosted at Dignity Health Sports Park in Los Angeles. This premier event brings together youth and adult teams from around the world for a week of high‑level competition and cultural exchange.
Event Operations Support
Assist with daily event setup and teardown, including fields, signage, equipment, hospitality zones, and other operational areas.
Help coordinate event logistics such as team schedules, meal distribution, transportation routes, and venue readiness.
Provide on‑site support across various departments to ensure seamless operations and a professional event environment.
Assist in the execution of Fan Experience activations.
International Team Liaison
Serve as the primary on‑site contact for assigned international teams.
Support team movements throughout the venue, ensuring timely transitions and clear communication.
Assist with transportation coordination and conduct dorm room checks to ensure safety and compliance.
Deliver timely and accurate event information to teams, providing an exceptional level of service throughout the event.
Requirements
Must successfully pass a background check. (provided)
Completion of SafeSport Certification (provided).
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Valid driver’s license required.
Prior experience working with youth, sports teams, or international groups is a plus.
Ability to work long or irregular hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
Comfortable managing multiple responsibilities in a dynamic, live‑event setting.
