This role involves working on complex mass torts litigation cases, providing expert legal advice, and representing our clients with the highest level of professionalism. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in mass torts litigation, with a deep understanding of the legal landscape, and the ability to provide expert witness testimony. This position requires a minimum of 5+ years of experience in the legal industry. This role will requite the ability to think like a Trial Attorney from day one . You will be working closely with the Trial Attorney to find top doctors to tesify, taking Doctor and plaintiff depositions, and helping build a rock solid case.Responsibilities:

• Managing a portfolio of mass torts litigation cases, ensuring all are handled efficiently and effectively.
• Providing expert legal advice to clients, explaining complex legal concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
• Acting as an expert witness in court proceedings, confidently presenting evidence and arguments.
• Conducting thorough and detailed research to support case preparation and strategy development.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents and agreements.
• Collaborating with other legal professionals to develop case strategies and prepare for trials.
• Staying up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations related to mass torts litigation.
• Representing the firm in a professional manner, upholding our reputation for excellence in mass torts litigation.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in mass torts litigation.
• Licensed to practice law in the state.
• Proven experience as an expert witness in court proceedings.
• Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to handle complex legal issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts to clients.
• Excellent negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving favorable outcomes for clients.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong ethical standards and integrity.
• Proficient in legal research software and other related technologies.
