Overview
Job Title: Final Assembler

Location: Wisconsin

Responsibilities

Perform intermediate-level mechanical assembly, including custom or nonrepetitive builds.

Assemble large metal structures or equipment (e.g., generator enclosures, HVAC housings, industrial cabinets, skids, trailers) using blueprints and detailed assembly drawings.

Layout and fitup, drilling and fastening components to specification, installing seals or insulation.

Inspect own work for fit, finish, and dimensional accuracy; work with minimal supervision.

Utilize hand and power tools and measure to tight tolerances; follow written work instructions.

Minimum Education
High School

Specific Qualifications

Final or subassembly in a fabrication or manufacturing shop

Metal enclosure, HVAC, or industrial equipment assembly

Fabrication support roles involving fitup or installation

Experience working around overhead cranes, forklifts, or rigging

Environments where quality, safety, and throughput are balanced

Moved beyond entry-level or repetitive assembly with mechanical judgment, blueprint comprehension, and ownership of work quality in a physically demanding shop environment
