Position Overview
We are seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join a growing manufacturing team as a
Forge Press Operator
on the 1st shift. This is a hands-on production role offering on-the-job training and strong long-term career potential. Ideal candidates will be comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment and eager to learn new skills.
Key Responsibilities
Load and unload forged metal parts from press equipment
Assist with machine setups and production changeovers
Perform basic visual inspections and measurements to ensure quality
Operate trim presses and other manufacturing equipment as trained
Follow all safety guidelines and standard operating procedures
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
Qualifications
Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred (not required)
Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
Comfortable working around machinery, noise, and heat
Forklift or crane experience is a plus
Willingness to learn and grow within the company
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift
Frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs
Repetitive bending, reaching, and movement
