to manage our heavy-duty pressing operations. In this role, you will act as a vital link between our raw material
Warehouse
and the final assembly line. If you are a

Liaise with the
Warehouse
to pull correct materials for specialized jewelry runs.
Act as a lead
Manufacturing Press Operator
by troubleshooting equipment fluctuations.
Ensure the
Warehouse
inventory levels are updated after every production cycle.
Maintain rigorous quality control standards on all pressed components.
Manage the movement of heavy components through the
Warehouse
safely.
Perform routine maintenance on presses to ensure long-term operational success.
Skills & Qualifications
Past experience operating hydraulic and pneumatic presses is a plus.
Past experience in the Jewelry Industry is highly preferred.
Knowledge of Lean manufacturing concepts.
Ability to learn from and take ownership of mistakes.
Strong mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity.
Education:
Minimum of High School Diploma or GED.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive Pay:
Compensation is determined by candidate experience, education, certifications, and specific job-related skills.
$21.00+/hr
