Job Summary
We are hiring immediately for a full‑time Order Builder position at Canteen, located at 1222 Crosslink Parkway, Belvidere, IL 61008. The role involves pulling, picking, stacking, and ensuring the quality of items for guests. You will be part of a hardworking team dedicated to the communities we serve. The position offers opportunities for growth and the possibility to move into management.
Responsibilities
Pick, pull, and stack items efficiently.
Discard damaged or uneatable items.
Lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
Qualifications
Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required. Must be able to perform essential functions of the position. The company reserves the right to modify or change responsibilities as needed.
Benefits
Sign‑on bonus of $1,000, free coffee, reduced‑cost snacks and beverages, and a $100 safety shoes allowance. Compensation range of $17.50 to $18.00 per hour. Other benefits depend on full‑time or part‑time status and may include retirement, health, dental, vision, and various insurance and assistance programs.
Location & Schedule
