hiring Certified Nursing Assistants.
Pay
$21‑$25 per hour (depending on years of experience).
Sign‑On Bonus
$600 Sign On Bonus (paid 90 days after start date; must be in good standing with no performance or attendance issues). Bonus offers are available until 06/30/2026.
Available Shifts
AM (7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.)
PM (3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.)
NOC (11:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.)
Additional pay: $3 for any weekend schedule, $2 for NOC shift.

Responsibilities
Assist residents with daily living activities (ADLs) and record vital signs under the supervision of the Charge Nurse.
Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and their families.
Provide patient‑centered care and treat everyone with dignity, respect, compassion, and integrity.
Qualifications
CNA certification in California with successful completion of a CNA program.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, terminology, laws, regulations, and guidelines applicable to long‑term care.
Experience as a nursing assistant or direct care of multiple residents.
Experience with behavioral care.
Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment.
Schedule
8‑hour shifts on a strict 4‑2 rotation: AM 7 a.m.‑3:30 p.m., PM 3 p.m.‑11:30 p.m., NOC 11 p.m.‑7:30 a.m.
