Responsibilities
Registered Nurse (RN) – Night Shift 7p-7a, Part-time. This is a Unity Point Health – Finley Hospital position, partnered with Horizon Health.
Shift: Full-time, Nights 7:00 pm – 7:00 am, for 48 hours per pay period, holiday and every third weekend rotation.

Responsibilities
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for geriatric psychiatric patients.
Monitor and document patient progress, behaviors, and responses to interventions.
Provide patient and family education to support understanding of treatment plans and recovery goals.
Promote safety by implementing de-escalation strategies, crisis intervention, and adherence to safety protocols.
Collaborate with physicians, social workers, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care.

Qualifications
Active IA RN license required
Must possess and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or within three (3) months from date of hire
