Your Daily Work
Provide attentive 1:1 support to meet each client’s unique needs
Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, and routine care
Support clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and safe mobility
Offer companionship, meaningful engagement, and emotional encouragement
Participate in community activities, social outings, and recreational events
Assist with transportation when needed to errands, appointments, or activities
Document brief, accurate care notes and share updates with the care team
Accompany clients to medical appointments or social events, ensuring safe travel
Observe and report any changes in health, behavior, or overall well‑being
Qualifications
At least 1 year of caregiving experience supporting adults or seniors
Experience as a Caregiver, CNA, Home Health Aide, DSP or similar role
Experience working with veterans, physical disabilities or mobility limitations preferred
Hoyer lift and safe transfer experience strongly preferred
Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with families and care teams
Compassionate, patient, and committed to providing respectful person-centered care
Dependable and trustworthy
Comfortable providing hands-on personal care including bathing, dressing, toileting and transfers
CPR and First Aid certified or willing to obtain
Valid driver license, reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
