On-Campus Couple Houseparents: Mentor & Care for Students

Milton Hershey School is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents, providing supervision and support for students in on-campus homes. Each couple will create a nurturing environment for 8-13 students, managing daily activities and household routines. Compensation includes a salary of $44,768 per person, comprehensive benefits, and relocation assistance. Candidates must be legally married for two years, and both must be 27 years or older with a valid U.S. driver's license.
