What You Will Do
Schedule home health visits for nurses and clinicians
Coordinate patient visits to ensure timely care delivery
Communicate with clinicians, patients, and leadership regarding schedules
Manage schedule changes and urgent visit requests
Maintain accurate documentation in scheduling systems
Support the clinical team to keep patient care running smoothly
What You Bring
Strong organization and communication skills
Positive attitude and team mindset
Dedication to supporting patient care
One year of healthcare or medical office experience preferred
Knowledge of medical terminology required
Understanding of Medicare and Medicaid guidelines preferred
Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
