Responsibilities
Provides leadership which facilitates the delivery of professional nursing care for the comfort and well-being of patients. Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, to provide, delegate, supervise and document care and teaching of patients and family. Implements medically prescribed interventions.
Qualifications
Required Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing
Required License/Certifications: Must have and maintain current licensure as registered nurse with the North Carolina Board of Nursing. eNLC license may apply; licensee should confirm with NCBON
Certificate: BLS Healthcare Provider
Wound Certificate: CWOCN (Certified Wound Ostomy Continence Nurse) - a MUST
Preferred Experience: One year hospital nursing experience

Angel Medical Center is a full-service, 80+ bed community hospital serving Macon and the surrounding counties. Located in Franklin, North Carolina, the hospital is a Top 100 Critical Access Hospital, offering inpatient services including an intensive care unit and a medical and surgical unit. The hospital also provides outpatient services such as a wound clinic, chemotherapy services, a full laboratory, imaging services, rehab therapy, endoscopy services, and more.
