Provide skilled therapeutic care in a well respected skilled nursing facility (SNF) environment. Support a friendly, positive, and professional setting by administering patient care and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

Required Qualifications

Licensed Physical Therapist, Skilled

PT-CA

BLS certification (copy required)

Social Security Number and Date of Birth required

One (1) reference covering entire work history

Minimum 1 year experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)

Preferred Qualifications

Travel experience and rehabilitation OPTIMA knowledge
