Position Summary:
Sunny Vista Living Center is seeking a reliable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. In this role, you will provide quality nursing care to our residents, support clinical operations, and help ensure a safe and comfortable environment within our senior living community.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or physician
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor residents’ health status and report any changes promptly
Assist in the development and implementation of resident care plans
Document care and services accurately and in a timely manner
Support and supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
Respond to resident needs and medical emergencies as appropriate
Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations
Qualifications
Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Colorado
Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)
Previous experience in long-term care, assisted living, or senior care preferred
Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
