We are looking for an experienced CNC Service Engineer to perform the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of CNC machines at customer sites. This advanced role requires in-depth technical expertise in CNC machinery, the ability to diagnose complex issues. The position involves frequent travel (up to 50%)
$43-46 per hour, All travel paid for- OT, PIER DIEM, WINDSHIELD TIME

Responsibilities
Troubleshooting & Repairs:
Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and software‑related CNC machine issues.
Installation & Commissioning:
Installation and setup of CNC machines, ensuring proper calibration, alignment, and integration with production systems.
Preventative Maintenance:
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to enhance machine reliability and longevity.
Requirements
Knowledge of CNC machine operations, strong ability to read electrical schematics, mechanical systems, and control systems.
Knowledge of automatic tool changers and pallet systems.
Understanding of servo motors, drives, PLCs, and automation systems.
Ballscrew & axis support bearing replacement & alignment.
About You
Applicant should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in CNC field service and knowledge of Fanuc controls. CNC programming experience is a plus.
8-10 years of experience in CNC machine service, repair, and troubleshooting, with expertise in complex diagnostics.
