Registered Nurse (RN) – 12‑Hour Day Shifts

Location: Park River, ND
Shift: 12 Hours – Day Shifts (6:30 a.m.–7:00 p.m. and 6:30 p.m.–7:00 a.m.)
Job Schedule: Full time; Weekly Hours: 36.00
Salary: $10,000 sign‑on bonus for full‑time, $5,000 for part‑time; hourly pay $32.5
Relocation reimbursement available.
Job Summary
The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care to residents. The RN collaborates with residents, families, and interdisciplinary colleagues, including providers, to plan, implement and evaluate care. The RN demonstrates competency within the full scope of nursing expertise and uses age‑and‑population specific standards in their clinical setting. The RN cares for residents in all phases of preventive care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment; coordinates care, conducts resident assessment and education, and performs nursing interventions. The RN may serve as charge nurse and delegate appropriate tasks within scope.
Qualifications
Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred, including but not limited to CCNE, ACEN, or NLN CNEA; Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where practice occurs or multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact state. Must obtain and maintain required department‑specific competencies and certifications.
