Overview
Hospital is actively recruiting a Pediatric Pulmonologist. The division includes a nationally recognized Cystic Fibrosis Center and pulmonology program. The facility is a 12-floor, 200-bed modern hospital that serves as the regional center for pediatric trauma, surgical and medical care, including neonatal, perinatal and obstetrical services. The hospital is one of 43 freestanding children’s hospitals in the nation and is built with children and families in mind. J/H visa accepted.
Responsibilities
Administer clinical activities and teaching responsibilities in the division with a nationally recognized CF Center and pulmonology program.
Contribute to clinical research as part of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation (CFF) Therapeutics Development Network.
Engage with the Assisted Breathing Program that provides regionally recognized support for children with neuromuscular diseases.
Collaborate with the New York State approved Infant Apnea Center and participate in follow-up of infants with bronchopulmonary dysplasia.
Hold a university faculty appointment.
Qualifications
Board-certified in Pediatrics and board certified or eligible in Pediatric Pulmonology.
