Occupational Therapist (OT) – Part‑Time Position
Let’s Talk & Do Therapy – South Gate, CA
Let’s Talk & Do Therapy, a bilingual pediatric speech and occupational therapy clinic in South Gate, is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team on a part‑time basis. This role is ideal for a clinician who values flexibility, collaboration, and child‑centered care.
Position Overview
Role: Occupational Therapist (OT)
Hours: Part‑time with flexible scheduling
Setting: In‑clinic (South Gate) and In‑Home in the surrounding area
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate
Start Date: April
Days: Several scheduling options are available:
10–20 hours per week after 3:30 PM Monday through Friday
Two days per week with eight sessions each day
Three days per week with eight sessions each day
Demographic
Ages: 1 - 17; most clients are ages 1 to 7
Disability: A variety of diagnoses and delays that impact sensory and fine motor.
Specialty Desired
Provide parent and client support for a variety of skills related to safe eating
Provide parent and client support in building self‑regulation, comfort, and participation in daily routines.
What You’ll Do
Provide high‑quality pediatric OT services
Collaborate with a supportive interdisciplinary team
Participate in treatment planning and family education
Contribute to a warm, inclusive environment for children and families
What We’re Looking For
Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in California
Pediatric experience preferred
Strong communication skills
A clinician who values teamwork, compassion, and evidence‑based practice
Language
Spanish-English OT is preferred but not necessary.
