Location: Show Low, AZ – Full-Time | 3x12s (36 hours guaranteed)
Overview
Join a busy Emergency Department at a Level IV Trauma Center delivering high-quality care to a diverse patient population including trauma, cardiac, and neuro cases.
Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced ER setting
Maintain safe nurse-to-patient ratios (1:3–1:4)
Collaborate with providers and support staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Utilize EMR (Allscripts – Sunrise) and Omnicell medication system
Requirements
Active RN license
Minimum 2 years of RN experience (ER preferred)
Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS, TNCC
Facility Highlights
30 private ER rooms + 6-room observation unit
6 fast-track beds staffed with PA support
100 patients/day on average
Strong support team (5 techs during peak hours)
Additional Details
Scrubs: any color except all black (not provided)
Bonus & Benefits
$5,000 sign-on bonus (paid on first check)
Additional bonuses: $5,000 at 90 days + $5,000 at 12 months (no repayment required)
