Job Description
We are hiring Carpenters to support commercial construction projects under the direction of experienced carpenters and foremen. This role is ideal for someone with general carpentry experience who is looking to grow their skills on commercial job sites. Work includes framing, drywall, finish carpentry, material handling, and general jobsite support.

Required Skills

Some commercial carpentry or construction experience

Basic understanding of carpentry or related construction work

Ability to perform general labor on commercial job sites

Knowledge of basic hand and power tools

Must provide basic personal hand tools

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches

Understanding of layout and basic material takeoffs

Working knowledge of safe tool operation

Ability to follow direction and work as part of a team

Willingness to complete OSHA 10 within first 90 days

Preferred Skills

2+ years of commercial carpentry experience

Experience with framing, drywall installation, finish carpentry, door, frame, and hardware installation

Bilingual English/Spanish

Interest in long‑term growth within carpentry or construction leadership

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Colorado Springs, CO.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $40.00/hr.
