Senior Manufacturing / Production Operator

In this hands‑on role, you'll work on advanced manufacturing and production processes, assembling electronic and mechanical components that power cutting‑edge technologies. Your day‑to‑day will include interpreting schematics, performing assembly and testing, and contributing to the build of high‑performance systems.

What You'll Do
Perform complex assembly of electronic and mechanical components and subassemblies
Read and interpret schematics, drawings, and work instructions
Execute wiring, soldering, component installation, and cable harnessing
Conduct basic electrical testing and assist with troubleshooting
Complete rework, refurbishment, and final system assembly
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring
2+ years of manufacturing or production assembly experience
2+ years working with schematics, Bills of Materials (BOM), and work order systems
2+ years using measuring equipment and applying basic math in a production environment
