Job Description
As a Welder Level 2 here at Honeywell, you will perform welding tasks to join, fabricate, and repair metal, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety. Your work will enhance manufacturing efficiency and product quality.
All candidates elected for interview will include a written and practical weld test, so bring your welding hood and gear. Safety glasses and safety shoes are required to access the shop floor.
You will report directly to our Welding Supervisor and work out of our St. Louis, MO location on an on‑site work schedule. In this role, you will impact the overall production process by contributing to the assembly of products that meet customer specifications and quality standards, thereby enhancing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Perform advanced welding tasks including MIG, TIG, and stick welding according to specifications.
Conduct quality control by inspecting welds and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Collaborate with team members to optimize welding processes and improve production efficiency.
Qualifications
2 plus years of experience in welding or manufacturing roles.
Advanced technical skills in MIG, TIG, and stick welding processes.
Proficiency in using welding tools and equipment.
Strong understanding of safety standards and best practices in a manufacturing environment.
Experience in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented setting.
