(a division of Terex Corporation) manufactures fire cars worldwide. We are looking for an Electrician to join our manufacturing team.
Day in the Life of an Electrician at REV
Assemble under‑dash harnesses, switch panels, circuit boards, and a variety of electrical components.
Program lighting from engineering specifications.
Troubleshoot 12 V DC and 110 V AC circuitry.
Test products to ensure performance to specifications.
Read specs to ensure trucks are built per spec.
Perform functionality checks on airhorns, sirens, light packages, flash patterns, door locks, etc.
Fix quality issues.
Qualifications
Preferred 1–2 years of automotive electrical experience in a manufacturing environment.
High school diploma or GED.
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and layouts.
Knowledge of 12 V DC and 110 V AC circuitry.
Ability to read and use a tape measure for precise measurements.
Proficient with hand and power tools such as drills and screw guns.
Ability to read, write, and perform mathematical computations at a level required for job performance.
Professional communication skills and the ability to follow directions.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Successful completion of drug and background screening.
Physical Demands
Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, and climbing up and down ladders and scaffolding.
Ability to regularly lift and move 40 lb. without assistance.
Work with arms above head.
Operate and understand protective safety equipment.
Work in non‑temperature‑controlled environments.
