Job Overview
Premier Systems Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our
Metal Installation Team . Team members will work on a variety of roofing installations and repair projects. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and take pride in producing quality work as part of a team.
Home base is our Rapid City office, but crews work on projects throughout the Black Hills area and occasional travel may be required.
Premier Systems offers competitive pay based on experience and skill level, along with in-the-field training for motivated individuals who are eager to learn and take on new tasks.
Responsibilities
Assist with roof installation and repair projects
Work collaboratively with crew members to complete projects efficiently
Follow all company safety procedures and job site protocols
Load, unload, and transport materials as needed
Maintain a clean and organized job site
Perform physically demanding work in a variety of weather conditions
Produce high-quality work while meeting project timelines
Qualifications
Metal roofing and construction experience preferred
Valid driver’s license required (ability to operate company vehicles)
Ability to work up to 10 hours per day during peak construction season
Ability to follow directions and communicate effectively with team members
Willingness to comply with all safety processes and procedures
Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally
Comfortable working at heights and in different weather conditions
Strong work ethic and good communication skills
Occasional travel required
