CNC Machinist / Setup Operator

Key Responsibilities
Perform CNC machine setups and operate mills and/or lathes
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Make tool changes, offsets, and minor program edits
Inspect parts using precision measuring tools
Maintain quality standards and tight tolerances
Troubleshoot machining issues and improve cycle efficiency
Qualifications
2+ years of CNC machining experience preferred
Setup experience strongly desired
Ability to read blueprints and understand tolerances
Experience with Multi‑axis machines
Comfortable using micrometers, calipers, and gauges
Strong attention to detail and reliability
Must be eligible to work in the United States without restriction and without the need for current or future sponsorship.
