We’re looking for a motivated and organized Social Media / In-Office Assistant to join our team! This full-time position is perfect for someone who enjoys social media, thrives in a collaborative office environment, and is eager to contribute to daily operations.

Responsibilities

Manage and create content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)

Assist with scheduling posts and engaging with followers

Support general office tasks, including filing, data entry, and answering calls

Help with basic marketing tasks as needed

Collaborate with the team to maintain smooth day-to-day operations

Qualifications

Comfortable using social media platforms professionally

Strong communication and organizational skills

Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask

Previous office or administrative experience is a plus
