Company Story

Therapy Partner Solutions, therapist-owned and operated since 2016, is dedicated to providing exceptional therapy services. We understand therapists because we are therapists ourselves, and we recognize the unique challenges that clinicians face every day.

We work together.

As the provider of outpatient therapy services for

Luminis Health , we’re proud to be part of a strong, multidisciplinary team that brings together physical therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care. Our clinicians also have the opportunity to participate in Luminis Health’s Orthopedic Residency Program, gaining advanced training and mentorship in a collaborative setting.

We invest in our people.

We believe clinicians thrive when they feel valued, supported, and equipped to grow.

Work here, erase your student debt (PSLF Eligible).

Alongside professional development opportunities, our team members are also eligible to participate in the

Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Program , helping them achieve long-term financial and career goals.

Our Patients Are What Drive Us.

We treat every patient the way we would want ourselves and our families to be treated. Our mission is to provide the most personalized and skilled physical therapy services possible, all within a warm and welcoming environment.

How we do it

We value time in patient care, maintaining appropriate and optimal caseloads.

We are prioritizing your interests and professional growth.

We collaborate with Luminis Health colleagues and surgeons to develop a comprehensive healthcare approach.

What You'll Treat

As part of our outpatient team, you'll work with a wide variety of upper extremity diagnoses, from post-surgical hand and wrist cases to complex orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions involving the shoulder, elbow, and hand. Whether you're experienced or working toward becoming a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT), this is a great setting to deepen your specialty while making a real difference in your patients’ recovery and function.

How We Support You

We believe great therapy happens when clinicians have time, autonomy, and the tools they need to succeed. That’s why we offer manageable caseloads, collaborative support, and mentorship tailored to your interests. Whether you're refining manual techniques, learning new protocols, or preparing for the CHT exam, you’ll have the flexibility and encouragement to grow at your own pace, without sacrificing quality of care or work-life balance.

Where You’re Going Matters

We understand you’re not just looking for a job, you’re building a career. Whether your path includes becoming a CHT, leading a team, teaching others, or expanding your clinical expertise, we’re ready to help you get there. You’ll have opportunities for advanced training, leadership roles, and professional development that fit your goals, not a one‑size‑fits‑all plan.
