Overview
A rapidly growing biotechnology start‑up is seeking a highly motivated scientist with advanced degrees (M.S. or Ph.D.) and 1–3 years of experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry. Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise in mammalian cell culture, including human and rodent cell lines, stem cells, primary cells, and their various workflows.
Hands‑on experience designing, developing, and optimizing reporter assays to industry standards.
Proficiency in flow cytometry, cell sorting, quantitative PCR (qPCR), and immunocytochemistry (ICC) techniques.
Proven track record developing and executing in vitro cell‑based assays across 2D, 3D, spheroid, and organoid models.
Meticulous technical writing skills and strong oral communication ability, complemented by excellent organizational acumen.
Thrives in a fast‑paced, innovation‑driven start‑up environment; exhibits outstanding interpersonal skills and collaborates effectively with scientific and business stakeholders.
Preferred
Significant experience with human stem cell research and stem cell culture techniques.
Comprehensive knowledge of cell‑based assay design and data interpretation.
Familiarity with GMP/GLP laboratory practices and quality systems is advantageous.
Exposure to cell culture automation technologies is a strong plus.
