Entry-Level Machine Operator
Our team is seeking Entry‑Level Machine Operators to join our Monument, Colorado facility. In this role, you will operate manufacturing equipment producing precision medical nails and screws that support patient care around the world.

Shifts & Pay
1st Shift:
5:30 AM – 2:00 PM |
$17.00/hr
2nd Shift:
1:30 PM – 10:00 PM |
$18.70/hr
3rd Shift:
9:30 PM – 6:00 AM |
$19.55/hr
Key Responsibilities
Load metal rods into manufacturing equipment (standing, bending, lifting required)
Operate production machinery according to established procedures
Package medical device products in a
cleanroom environment
Operate labeling and packaging machines
Transfer completed product to Quality Control
Follow safety, quality, and cleanliness standards at all times
Qualifications
Ability to stand for up to
8 hours per shift
Comfortable working in a
fast‑paced, loud manufacturing environment
Dependable with strong attendance and work ethic
Willingness to learn and be
cross‑trained
in multiple areas

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.55/hr.
