Job Summary
Closets by Design is immediately hiring 2 qualified candidates for our Installer Development Program. New Installers will work directly with a Lead Installer to learn the installation process of our product lines in a safe, quality manner ensuring customer satisfaction. Those who demonstrate a positive attitude, hustle, and an ability to learn, will be able to progress quickly through the program from helper to junior installer to lead installer.
Responsibilities
Work directly with a Lead Installer to learn the installation process.
Ensure a safe, quality installation environment and customer satisfaction.
Progress through the program from helper to junior installer to lead installer.
Requirements
Possess and maintain current driver’s license with a good driving record.
Experience with small hand tools and power tools is a plus.
Basic math skills.
Good communication skills.
