Field Specialist – WBC
Internal title: FIELD SPEC IV - WBC
Responsibilities
Running multiple low‑to‑medium‑risk applications in one or more product lines within Wellbore Construction, Completions, and Liner Hangers
Ensuring supplied equipment is compatible with all other equipment used for the job
Providing front‑line customer support and completing all job‑related paperwork accurately
Using experience and application knowledge to ensure products and services meet the highest quality standards
Conducting on‑the‑job training for selected Wellbore Construction/Completions applications
Supporting workshop activities as required
Handling special projects as assigned
Conducting all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements, and Baker Hughes Core Values
Qualifications
Hands‑on experience in Wellbore Construction, Completions, or Liner Hanger operations
Confidence running tools independently in low‑to‑medium‑risk applications
Strong troubleshooting instincts and ability to make sound decisions at the wellsite
Comfortable working directly with customers and representing Baker Hughes in the field
Committed to safety, service quality, and continuous improvement
Willing to support workshop tasks and mentor others when needed
Work Arrangements
Work Rotation – 3 weeks on, 3 weeks off
Location: Prudhoe Bay, AK
