Pay: $23 to $27 per hour based on experience

Full-time schedule: Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Overtime opportunities on Fridays as needed

Your New Role

Operate Thermwood Cut Ready CNC machines to cut and drill cabinet components in Louisville, KY

Produce high-quality cabinet parts with accuracy and consistency

Inspect finished products to ensure they meet strict quality standards and design specifications

Perform edgebanding on cabinet components as needed

Assist with cabinet assembly and production tasks when required

Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain optimal output

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace

Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and improve workflows

Hiring Expectations:

Proven experience operating CNC machines in a woodworking or manufacturing environment

Experience with cabinetry or commercial casework preferred

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship

Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a production team

Physically able to lift materials and stand for extended periods

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage workflow efficiently
