Requirements
Our ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent certification required
2+ years of experience in a sales or estimating environment
Proven experience as an estimator or in a similar analytical role
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel strongly preferred)
Experience with product configuration tools and CRM systems
Familiarity with elevator products, construction equipment, or related industries strongly preferred
Strong numerical, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail with strong organizational abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Duties And Responsibilities
A typical day may include:
Developing knowledge of all product lines and offerings
Reviewing customer specifications, project documents, and requirements
Gathering and validating project details with customers, contractors, and consultants
Identifying discrepancies in documentation and resolving them through direct communication (email/phone)
Conducting research on optional equipment and engineering requirements
Utilizing configuration and estimating software to generate accurate proposals
Reviewing quotes and proposals from third‑party vendors or contractors
Preparing and submitting detailed estimate reports to the sales management team
Managing timelines to ensure deadlines and customer expectations are met
Collaborating with engineering and technical teams to ensure estimates align with specifications
Delivering high‑quality customer service while maintaining consistent communication with all stakeholders
Performing other duties as assigned
Benefits Of Working With Us
Salary for California Applicants: $67,285 to $84,106 annually (Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and in keeping with local legislation).
