Role Description
The Leasing Manager is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Nashville, TN. The Leasing Manager will oversee day‑to‑day leasing operations, including managing lease agreements, ensuring resident retention, and conducting regular market research to stay competitive. This role involves working closely with property management teams to achieve optimum occupancy levels and deliver exceptional service to residents while supporting business objectives.
Qualifications
Experience in managing leases and lease administration activities
Proficiency in market research to assess rental pricing and local competition
Knowledge and expertise in property management practices and operations
Ability to implement strategies for resident retention and build strong tenant relationships
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is preferred
Previous experience in leasing or property management is a plus
