Distribution center: OH100 Distribution Center.
Work hours: Full-time Shift(s):
MON TUE WED THU SUN 6:00pm - 2:00am, 3:00pm - 11:00pm.
Overview
Our distribution center is hiring energetic, team‑oriented individuals to work in our fast‑paced warehouse as Full‑time Shipping. You will help facilitate the movement of product throughout our distribution center, organize outgoing orders, load product into trucks by hand, pallet jack, or forklift. This entry‑level position may offer a flexible schedule after onboarding, training, and meeting performance goals.
Responsibilities
Operating computer programs, RF scanners, and printers to label product
Inspecting product for damage and documenting discrepancies
Sorting product into correct locations
Stacking product efficiently
Consolidating, loading and unloading shipments
Utilizing load‑truck reports to locate product for outgoing shipments
Ensuring proper load securement for transport
Verifying product is correctly labeled for easy identification and delivery
Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the work area
Complying with health, safety and sustainability rules and expectations
Participating in activities and programs that help the company achieve health, safety and sustainability objectives
Learning, passing, and practicing various environmental health and safety trainings
Required Position Qualifications
18 years of age or over, due to the nature of work
Proficient written and oral communication skills
Proficient computer skills
Highly motivated, self‑directed and customer‑service oriented
Strong math aptitude, attention to detail and sense of urgency
Able to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
Work independently as well as in a team environment
Willingness to work a flexible schedule/extra time as needed
Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork
Lift, slide, carry, and lower packages typically weighing 25–50 lbs and may weigh up to 100 lbs
Pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico and Guam ONLY)
Preferred Position Qualifications
Prior experience operating a forklift
