Job Overview
Material Handler position located in Grand Prairie, TX. Seeking experienced individuals in warehouse, logistics, or material handling.

Responsibilities

Receive, store, and distribute material and products within the warehouse.

Operate forklift or other warehouse equipment.

Assist shipping and receiving, unloading trucks, checking in merchandise.

Read work orders/transfer orders or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed or shipped.

Move materials and items from receiving or storage areas to shipping or other designated areas.

Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to SAP paperwork.

Assemble orders from stock and place orders on pallets or carts or relocate orders to a holding area or shipping department.

Move parts kits from staging to point of use in production via material carts, forklifts, tugger, or other means.

Record amounts of materials or items received or distributed via appropriate computer program.

Assist in counting physical inventory.

Perform 5S activities including sweeping, dusting, mopping or organizing warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times.

Wear proper safety equipment.

Perform related duties as assigned by supervision.

Compensation & Working Hours
Pay: $18.16 – $20.63 per hour. 40 hours per week (2nd shift). Length: Temp to direct (4 months).

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED.

Minimum 6 months of experience in warehouse, logistics, or material handling.

Preferred Qualifications

SAP experience.

Additional Information

Background check and drug screen required upon offer of employment.

Verification of identity and eligibility to work in the United States required upon hire.
