Community Crisis Stabilization Counselor
The Community Crisis Stabilization programs provide both short and long-term care for persons experiencing mental health, substance use disorder, and co‑occurring disorders who might otherwise require treatment in an inpatient setting. Staff will provide guidance, education, supervision, and direct supports to allow consumers to maintain their physical and emotional health, live safely in the community, and develop the skills necessary to return to independent living. Interactions are guided by a respect for each individual and aim for crisis or situational stabilization.
Schedule
Part‑time, 8 hours per day.
Sunday, 7 am to 3 pm
Rate
$21.21 per hour with a High School Diploma
$22.27 per hour with a Bachelor’s Degree

Qualifications
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Basic computer fluency, including Microsoft Office
Valid driver’s license, safe driving record, and regular access to a reliable vehicle
Ability to communicate in and comprehend English and document consumer progress and activities in program records
Ability to work as part of a team and independently
Bachelor’s Degree or Associate Degree with one year’s experience, or High School Diploma with three years related experience
