Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Las Vegas, NV, for a Mortgage Loan Officer specializing in Consumer Direct. Responsibilities include working with clients to assess their borrowing needs, guiding them through the application process, and ensuring compliance with underwriting and lending standards. The Loan Officer will also manage communication with borrowers to provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the loan lifecycle.
Qualifications
Proficiency in loan officer practices with a strong background in the mortgage industry and mortgage lending
Knowledge of underwriting guidelines and procedures
Strong customer service skills and ability to build lasting relationships
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Experience in consumer-direct lending is a plus
Ability to work onsite in Las Vegas, NV
A current mortgage loan originator license (NMLS) is required
