The Role in Brief...
Direct the full financial close cycle
Oversee and reconcile work with the Fund Administrator
Oversee daily NAV reporting
Manage investor communications, capital activity, and reporting
Lead audit coordination and respond to auditor inquiries
Support compliance filings, valuations, and expense analysis
What We’re Looking For...
At 10+ years across public accounting (within fund/investment), fund accounting, or PE/investment management
Deep technical expertise in fund accounting and alternative investment structures
Responsible for leading/coordinating all accounting/valuation/tax functions a
Manage and review third party administrator to ensure accurate processing of activity, timely receipt of deliverables, accuracy of NAV reporting and financial statements, and accuracy of investor notices and reporting
CPA HIGHLY preferred
Highly proficient in Excel with strong analytical and communication skills
