Palisade Property is a rapidly growing property management company focused on creating exceptional living experiences for residents while building meaningful career paths for our team. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a motivated and people-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team.

Position Overview:
The Leasing Consultant plays a key role in both driving occupancy and fostering positive resident relationships. This position is ideal for someone who thrives connecting with people and is eager to grow within a company that values development and internal advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

Guide prospective residents through the leasing process, from initial inquiry to signed lease

Conduct apartment tours and effectively communicate community features and benefits

Manage resident relations by addressing questions, concerns, and service needs professionally

Make outbound and inbound phone calls to follow up on leads and support leasing efforts

Assist in creating a welcoming, engaging, and high-quality living experience for residents

Collaborate with the team to meet occupancy and retention goals

Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with leasing policies

Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Customer service or sales experience preferred

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a dynamic environment

Comfortable making phone calls and following up with prospects

Positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving

Willingness to work weekends as part of a flexible schedule

Salary range: $45,000 – $55,000 annually, plus performance-based bonus structure (salary based on experience)
